Refund & Return Policies

New York State's Liquor Authority only allows us to accept return on wines and spirits that are defective.

All returns and/or refunds require a valid, government issued photo ID. If you do not have a receipt, you may exchange for other merchandise or a Grand Island Wine & Spirits merchandise card for the value of the item at the time of return. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and or packaging.

No returns or refunds after 30 days from purchase.

All refunds require photo ID. If you do not have a receipt, you may only exchange for other merchandise or a Grand Island Wine & Spirits gift card.

Without a receipt, Grand Island Wine & Spirits will use the current price of the item to determine the refund amount.

Original purchase by cash/debit: If the return is less than $100.00, Grand Island Wine & Spirits will refund the purchase price in the form of cash or a Grand Island Wine & Spirits merchandise card. If the return is more than $100.00, the refund may be made from Grand Island Wine & Spirits by check.

Original purchase by credit card: If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days.
