TASTING NOTES : This wine, produced with pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes coming from our vineyards, located at a height of 350 meters on sea level, has an intense ruby red color. Spices, cherry and a soft tannin perfectly compose this fantastic juice. The grapes are carefully selected in a particularly accurate way and the fermentation lasts 12 days. Subsequently the wine gets its ripening in barrels of Slavonian oak for about 24 months and, after the bottling, ages in the bottles for at least three months before delivery. It pairs extremely well with red meat, game and even pasta.
