TASTING NOTES : This ruby wine, produced with Sangiovese Grapes, presents a few grenade reflexes and has an heterogeneous bouquet, slightly ethereal, soft and long with hints of plum; dry, harmonious and soft enough flavor, with a great structure and tannic perceptions, palatable aftertaste and great persistence. Through Chiantis area traditional vinification, the fermentation last about ten days in steel tanks and subsequently the wine gets its ripening in big and medium sized oak barrels. Superb with meats, game and aged cheeses.
